RE: future workcamper question

I am just wandering workcamper If it hails in Northern WI. I will tow my TT to a local county or other campground and go to work fixing hail damage on autos, this can last as short as seven days and up tap three months the average being 36 days. Now what I thought a work camper might be is a roofer or sideing speecialist?.Looking for places accross the USA to camp to work.Extended stay at a motel is about $36 dollars a day and WI county camp grounds are two hunderd a month see whewe I am coming from.

RE: to 5er from a tt or not?

I am not of the age to leave a 50k truck at the campground to pull the big toy hauler. So a TT is abetter choice for us as we can tow the trailer drop it for a month to month campground and use the burb to haul kids and dogs around.

RE: Finacing RV

You can take a lone out for a sceond home here and put it on the stretch for a long time so the payment is small ,with no pre payment we have ours set up for a hundred a month doable for us.

RE: Holes in roof of newt TT

No stains in the trailer the holes are located above the bunk house slide out what we noticed was water on the floor of the bunk house when it was opened. After putting Bounce sheets on the floor to keep mice out my wife said the one in the bunk room was stuck to the floor as if it had gotten wet this was before I found the tears. PS my daughter will be home this weekend so maybe she can get some pic,S up for me.

RE: Holes in roof of newt TT

What you and other people don,t know is my wife is a pit viper if I release her the MFG will be flying to WI to look at the trailer with a free loner for the summer. As a business owner I can tell them this is Not the first time this has happend so they already know what it is going to take to fix this trailer properly. That is why I already want every thing in wrighting. As for my wife she spent her working years as a subornatoist specialist. We will see what we will

RE: Holes in roof of newt TT

Thanks I have owened the trailer for not quite a month. And I have contacted the dealer with pic,s on the way my worry is the the unseen damage that may be present under the roof, the repair I would think should be the easy part of this.

Holes in roof of newt TT

We have just bought our first TT and low and be hold it has a few tears in the roof material not knowing how long it has been torn and how much water has gotten to the wood underneath. My guestion is what do I let the dealer do? patch the holes or should I demand a new roof as this is what I paid for a one piece rubber roof. What about mold and wood damage.Any help or ideas will be of help as we have had no experience with RV dealers or Forest River.
